  Chapter 1

Katherine Parker groaned as she tried to stuff her luggage into the overhead compartment of the plane before taking an aisle seat next to her best friend Jacqueline.

"God damn it, why do they make them things so small?"

"Would you relax?" Jacqueline smirked at her pulling her sunglasses to the top of her head, "You've been stressed since check in."

Katherine sat back on the plane seat and closed her eyes, she wasn't so sure that this vacation was such a good idea. Two weeks of bliss in the Bahamas, what wasn't to love right? But looking around at the happy couples on the plane only reminded her of what she had lost.

"You're thinking about him again aren't you?"

"Oh my god Jac, how do you do that?"

  Jacqueline smiled "It's a gift."

Katherine smiled, playfully smacking her friends arm in the armrest between them.

A voice suddenly echoed over the planes intercom as the pilot spoke to the passengers for the first time.

"Hello everybody and welcome to flight 314 from Boston, Massachusetts to the Bahamas. We would like to take this opportunity to wish passengers a pleasant flight and invite them to check out our refreshments available. There are several happy honeymooners on board..."

Katherine raised her eyebrows towards Jacqueline with a look that said all that needed to be said.

The pilot went on "Mark and Tanya, Jen and Chad, Latoya and Tyson, Matt and Christine, Todd and Barbara and Steven and Kasey. I wish you all the happiness both on your honeymoon and in your lives together. Love is the best thing in the world ladies and gentlemen, if you are lucky enough to find it, treasure it for all of eternity.”

Katherine scoffed to herself, was this guy for real or had he drank a few too many beers before take-off? Love was a sham and she promised herself that she would never let a man get the better of her ever again. All these reminders of what had happened back home, clarified in her mind that this trip was going to be a disaster from the offset.

She looked over to Jacqueline who had buried her head into a book and she then decided herself to get some shuteye in order to make the nauseating sights of couples around her making out, go away.

She drifted off into a light slumber but thoughts still painfully stayed in her mind as she remembered the time where her and Tony had first met. Sweet Tony, her soul mate. At least she thought so until little more than a month ago.

Their eyes first met in the college cafeteria all those years ago, his blonde jock like appearance was not one that she usually found attractive but it was his kindness and giving personality that eventually made her love him.

They got along wonderfully and worked well together, they had the same ambitions in life and this was what drew them to each other. One date turned into several more until the first time that they made love entered Katherine's head.

It was extra special not just because it was him; it was the first time that she had slept with anybody. It was clumsy and not mind blowing like what you read about. It was loving and that was what became normal for the two of them. Passion was never really a big deal for the duo, Katherine did not even know what passion really felt like because what the two of them had went further than that or so she thought.

Their families were very close and after several years together, Katherine and Tony transcended into the next natural step of the relationship - engagement. She wasn't even sure if he wanted to propose but he did and she gleefully accepted, she thought they were happy together just the way they were.

So when she stumbled into their rented apartment several weeks previously and caught him fucking Becky, some hot bronzed beauty from the local tanning salon - her world fell apart. When she first entered the home, she heard them immediately, Becky was loud and Tony seemed to be loving it.

Like a deer looking into headlights, Katherine stared through the door at them having sex on the couch of their home, hardly being able to believe the scene that was playing out in front of her. The couch that was the setting of so many cozy nights together for the couple, but never sex, was now being used for the lover’s sordid encounter.

Tony had Becky bent over in a position that he had never so much as attempted with Katherine. With their hands and mouths eager for each other’s body, she finally realized what passion was and that was only because her boyfriend was experiencing it with another woman.

Her brain raced for what she should do. She knew Tony would use his relationship with her parents to try to get out of this. Thinking quickly she took out her phone. She tried to relax as much as possible as her blood was boiling at the moment. She opened the door quietly, took a few snaps with her phone and then let it all out and started screaming at the couple.

Katherine may be a smaller woman, but when she it pissed off, she really lets her presence be known. She threw the whore out on the street without even giving her a chance to get her clothes on and after a small amount of pleading, Tony soon followed.

Becky was the complete opposite of Katherine and that was what hurt her the most. She had bleached blonde hair, big breasts and the rest of the Barbie doll features that made men fall at her feet. Katherine had shoulder length dark hair that showed off her thin frame and bone structure beautifully.

She was fairly petite with green eyes. Her pale complexion looked out of place with the rest of her friends, the majority of the time. Tony had tried and tried to get her back in the previous weeks pulling out all the usually lines of "It didn't mean anything" and "I'll never do anything to hurt you again", but they all fell on deaf ears.

Katherine was determined to move on with her life and not take the cheating low life back. She realized that the stability they shared meant nothing, perhaps passion was important in a relationship after all. She hoped she would be able to find that deep down passion she had never felt. Find the passion she knew that men really wanted from her. Passion that would make her truly happy. Passion that would last the test of time and not be jeopardized by a young chick at a tanning salon. But how?

"Can I get you a drink ma'am?" A voice said, awakening her from her sleepy thoughts. She looked up at an air stewardess and ordered herself a large vodka. There was nothing like alcohol to numb the pai
n that she was feeling right now. Jacqueline looked across at her as she downed the drink almost in one gulp.

"You told your mom and dad yet?"

Katherine did not need to ask her friend what she meant because she knew.

"No." she paused "They love Tony so much Jac."

"They love you more." her friend replied affectionately rubbing her arm.

Katherine smiled, "I will tell them soon, I promise."

"By not telling them that you are over, I think you are subconsciously leaving the door open for you and Tony."

"I would never get back with him. I just need to find a way to get over him. Five years isn't easy to forget, we had so many plans..."

  "Promise me something?"

  "What?" Katherine replied.

"Promise me that you will at least try and have a good vacation with me."

Katherine looked at her friend’s sad face and realized how selfish she was being. Jacqueline had invited her to the Bahamas to take her mind off Tony and so far, he was all she could think about and all that she could talk about.

Katherine held up her little finger in the way that they always did when they made promises to one another, Jacqueline linked it with hers as they grinned to one another. From that moment on, she decided to try as hard as she could to look at the vacation in a whole new way.

It was a chance to have fun and look to the future, a future without Tony. A short while later, the pilot announced that they would soon be arriving in the Bahamas and as they looked out of the window of the plane, the place around them was a paradise that only existed in dreams.

  Chapter 2

After a taxi from the airport, Katherine and Jacqueline soon arrive in the beautiful resort in the Bahamas that they would be staying in for the next two weeks. After checking out their spacious room with an ocean view and a cool breeze running through it, the girls tried to decide what their next move would be.

"Let's hit the beach baby girl." Jacqueline says, pulling out her suitcase searching for some appropriate attire.

Katherine giggles as they both get changed into something with a little less material to it. Jacqueline puts on a red hot bikini that shows off her luscious curves perfectly, her long wavy locks flow over her shoulders. Katherine nervously steps into a black one piece that looks more apt in the local leisure center rather than the beautiful Bahamas beaches.

"You’re kidding me right?" Jacqueline asks when Katherine tries the bathing suit on.

Katherine shakes her head and watches as her friend rummages around her suitcase.

"Here, try this." she says, handing her what appears to be a white two piece. "I bought this when I lost weight on my heartbreak diet last year so it should fit you fine."

Katherine knows that arguing with the feisty Jacqueline is not an option so she proceeds to do as she is told. The white bikini is not as fitted around the breasts as they should be but there is no doubt that her slender body looks great in it nonetheless.

"Perfect!" Jacqueline says, as they slip some summer outfits over their swimwear and head for the beach.

A short while later, they are relaxing on sun loungers and surveying the people in the beach around them.

"I swear to god, there is not one hot single man on this beach" Jacqueline sighs to Katherine.

Katherine looks around at the canoodling couples and older leering men before agreeing with her friend. "When did being in a relationship ever stop a man for playing around? Anyway, I thought we came here to have a good time, not for a holiday romance."

"Well...we did, but some sweet holiday loving would be a bonus."

Katherine laughs as she thinks to herself that she would not even know what to do if another man paid her attention let alone between the sheets. Tony was all she knew and the only person that she ever made love to. She silently scolded herself for thinking about him again. By seeing all the happy couples around her, it was hard not to think of love and sex.

"I think we need some pampering." Jacqueline finally said before pointing to a makeshift building at the top of the beach, labeled "massages."

After some gentle persuasion, Katherine agreed to the plan and they emerged from their massages some time later, feeling refreshed - especially Jacqueline.

"You really don't mind?" She grinned.

Katherine lied, "Of course not, you enjoy yourself. I'll relax in the hotel room later. Juan seems nice."

"Nice, NICE? Forget nice, did you see those god damn abs?"

Jacqueline had got on very well with the man who was doing her massage and had scored a date with him later on in the day. Katherine tried to hide her envy as they flirted intently.

As Jacqueline tried on many sexy outfits for her date, she finally settled on a yellow mini dress that slipped over her body perfectly and showed off her bronzed skin.

She squealed in excitement "I had a feeling this vacation was going to be amazing! I feel bad leaving you though."

"It's fine honestly. You be safe ok?"

Jacqueline hugged Katherine tightly, "I will. I love you, you’re the best...don't wait up." she winked as she left the hotel room to meet the dark, handsome stranger.

Once the door closed, Katherine jumped onto the bed - burying her face deep into the pillow and began to weep. She wanted so desperately to be carefree like her friend, she wanted to have fun and meet men but one thing was holding her back.

Just a month or so earlier she thought she had found the one and now she was single and lonely. Yearning for a man’s warm touch and the closeness that affection and sex offered, consumed her.

Some time passed and Katherine's eyes adjusted to the brightness of the room around her, she realized that she must have fell asleep in the hotel room from all the crying that she had been doing.

She lay there for a while thinking about what Jacqueline was up to and decided it wasn't fair that she had all the fun. This was her vacation too and she became determined to get her ex far from her mind once and for all.

"Pull yourself together Kat" She muttered to herself before going into the bathroom to get ready for an evening alone and on the lookout for fun.

A short time later, a vision of beauty walked down the beach towards the Cabana. With a hot pink maxi dress, with a large split down the leg that fit her thin frame beautifully, Katherine Parker strode with confidence desperate to become a whole new her.

With minimal makeup and her fashionable hair bouncing up and down with each step, she stood out as a naturally gorgeous lady from those around her.

She sat down on a bar stool and instantly noticed a sexy bar tender staring at her, the glint in her eye told him the thoughts that were running through his head. She ordered a martini and he immediately started up a conversation with her.

"What beautiful girl like you drink alone for?" He asked in broken English.

"I am a strong independent woman.." she said, in a voice that came out a little more meekly than she had hoped.

"Let me buy drink for you." the man said.

"Thank you." She said, her eyes getting drawn to his dark eyes and chiseled body.

  "Talk to me." he answered.

The bar was relatively empty and before Katherine knew what was happening, one drink turned into many and she poured out her heart to the mysterious stranger. The more his sexy accent consoled her, the more his eyes were planted firmly on her - made her slowly but surely succumb to him and the events that were going to take place.

"This Tony guy...he jerk!" said the stranger. "Not all men jerk, I am not." he grabbed her hand and she found herself eager to have this man’s hands all over her.

She had never even thought about having sex with a stranger, she was not that sort of woman. The more drinks she had, the more her inhibitions lowered and it turns out that the bar man had similar things in mind.

"I finish my shift soon, come back to hotel with me."

"I don't even know your name."

"The body more powerful than words." he winked.
/>
Katherine laughed at the cheesy line but none the less, bit her lip seductively and grabbed the bar tender’s hand. He led her to his hotel and once in there, words mattered even less to him.

"I'm a little drunk." Katherine said, burying her head in her hands while sitting on his bed "Can we talk for a while?"

"No, you fine. We talk plenty." he insisted and ran his hands up her legs. "Take this off."

It was funny that now he had her back to his hotel room, the earlier compliments and charm he had used - had all but disappeared. She had to admit that his commanding words did turn her on to a degree. He pulled at her dress, almost ripping it.

This was not what Katherine was used to but maybe that was a good thing as she surrendered to the rough encounter that was about to take place. Katherine was shaking like a leaf on a tree. She had only ever been with one person in her whole life. After 5 years of very controlled, almost boring sex, she now was about to sleep with a complete stranger.

No foreplay was had, it was like the man was interested in one thing only as he stood up and got naked. He didn’t place his watch on the bureau. He didn’t lay out his clothes so they wouldn’t wrinkle. He simply threw his clothes all over the floor and looked at Katherine as if she was something he simply wanted to get pleasure from.

Katherine lay exposed in her matching black lingerie, which he pulled at viciously with his teeth. He didn’t tell Katherine how great she looked in her lingerie. He simply grunted and groaned as he positioned himself to penetrate Katherine. Then just like that he did.

She lay there frozen, thrust after thrust. This was not passionate and was not what she imagined, she did not even come close to a climax and the sex seemed to last for a matter of only just a couple minutes.

He was a very large man and rough, not caring if he hurt her or not. She had not had sex for six weeks and this encounter was quite uncomfortable to say the least. He didn’t even kiss her. He sucked viciously on her neck and breasts as he fucked her with haste and clumsiness.
